Ideal Performance Athletics is a non-for-profit athletic organization based in Eugene, OR, with a chapter in Rochester, MN.  We are USATF affiliated club (# 37-9116) that competes on the local and national level, which includes master athletics and the USATF Junior Olympic series in track, cross country and road racing events. At this time, we are not coaching field events.

Our coaching team is comprised of two USATF certified coaches, and a medical doctor.  A substantial part of our coaching pedagogy is feeling based, and response regulated. We design individualized and group training programs for athletes of all ages and levels. We enjoy connecting with other coaches and sharing our knowledge through coaching clinics.

The children are the future! Being a non-profit organization, we strive to introduce athletics to as many young people as possible.
